Delete it yourself, right now

Sign in, open your dashboard and press Disconnect Instagram. That immediately deletes your stored posts, the people we noticed, every interaction record and the access token itself. Nothing is kept in the background.

Delete it from Instagram

In Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Things in Common. Instagram notifies us and we delete your stored data automatically, then give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Ask us to do it

Email privacy@thingsincommon.co from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account and all stored Instagram data within 30 days, usually the same week.

What gets deleted

• Your Instagram access token.
• Your account information: username, account type, profile picture URL.
• Your posts and their like and comment counts.
• Everyone we noticed interacting with you, and every interaction record.
• Your Inbox history and completed items.
